YQW series gas-fired horizontal thermal fluid heater

YQW series gas-fired thermal oil boilers have a three-pass round coil structure. A conical coil is used for the effective protection of the furnace wall at the boiler end. This product is equipped with an advanced combustion device and is fully automated in operation. After the burner ignites the fuel, flame fills the round coil tubes and transfers heat by radiation through the tube wall (first pass). The high temperature flue gas gathers at the back door and then turns to the convection tubes section (second pass), where heat transfer takes place by convection. The flue gas gradually cools down here and flows to the front door, where it is reversed and goes into the third pass. After that, it enters into the chimney through the economizer and is released into the atmosphere.

This type of boiler takes gas as fuel, Thermal oil boiler as medium, uses the forced medium of hot oil circulating oil pump to circulate liquid phase, transfers heat energy to the heating equipment, and then returns to the heating furnace for reheating. It has high working temperature at low pressure and can control medium operation with high precision. The system has high heat utilization rate. Because of the integral installation of the module and convenient operation and maintenance, it is a safe, efficient and energy-saving ideal preferred heating equipment. The high temperature flame produced by the ignition of the burner enters the inner coil to form the radiant heating surface, and rotates 180 degrees forward through the back of the inner coil to form the convective heating surface. Then the upper part of the sandwich enters the second sandwich area of the middle and outer coils, and the back part of the second sandwich area enters the chimney to discharge into the atmosphere.
