(1) Using arch tube sheet and threaded smoke pipe to form a drum, the drum is changed from quasi-steel body to quasi-elastic body structure, and the tension parts in tube sheet area are eliminated, thus reducing the stress. The flue pipe in the tube sheet is changed from two return to single return, which solves the problem of tube plate crack.

(2) Because of the arrangement of riser row in the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the mud is not easy to deposit, and the high temperature zone of the drum can be well cooled, thus preventing the drum from bulging at the lower part of the drum.

(3) Adopting high-efficiency heat-transfer threaded flue-gas pipe, the heat transfer enhancement effect is achieved, the characteristics of temperature rising and pressure rising are achieved, and the heat efficiency of the boiler is improved.

The new DHL type coal-fired steam boiler is a single-cylinder vertical-type water-fired tube-shell boiler, and the combustion equipment is a movable grate. The water-cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is a radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are convective heating surfaces, the convection heating surface of the threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum, and the economizer is arranged at the tail, and the outer side of the boiler main body is a three-dimensional protective shell.

The DHL series coal-fired steam boiler adopts the latest scientific research results, such as: arched tube sheet and threaded pipe, which solves the problem of tube plate crack of the shell-and-tube boiler, the bulge in the lower part of the drum, the water wall bursting tube, and low thermal efficiency.

DHL series coal-fired steam boiler can be used for central heating sources such as urban and industrial and mining enterprises. The single machine can supply 300,000-400,000 m2 of building area for heating. It can also be used as a thermal power plant peak boiler to regulate urban heat network operation. The industrial and mining enterprises of hot water can also meet the requirements of the boiler.
