1, Low-temperature combustion technology, environmental protection and energy saving:

QXX series CFB(circulating fluidized bed) boilers can effectively reduce harmful gas production, and NOX can meet emission requirements with any denitration equipment. At the same time, the desulfurization in the furnace can be carried out by adding lime to the furnace, which is in line with the national environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction policies.

2, The returning system is even and smooth:

The returning system adopts the patented wall-type porous semi-autogenous returning device of the membrane water wall. The returning channel is composed of two membrane water-cooled walls, and part of the heat carried by the fly ash is absorbed by the membrane wall tube to reduce the fly ash temperature and return material. Coking caused by secondary combustion does not occur in the road.

3, the separator design is unique:

The separator adopts the membrane wall to form the separator skeleton, the structure is stable, the diaphragm wall is welded with the inverted fork type nail, the wear-resistant material is molded and cast, the inner surface of the separator is ensured to be smooth, and the special streamline type is obtained, and the separation efficiency is as high as 97.97%. The cutting particle diameter dc is 8-15 um.

4, a number of anti-wear design:

The QXX series CFB(circulating fluidized bed) hot water boiler adopts low flow rate design. The cross section area of ​​the furnace thin phase zone is large and the smoke speed is low. The wearable high temperature material is applied on the wall of the separator water cooling mode with high flue gas flow rate to avoid the wear of the model wall.

The membrane water wall is used to skillfully arrange the furnace, the separator and the return system, and the structure is compact.
